(i) DM/AC/COR-OF/127 Lot-P11 L1: – Architectural Finishing for 2 Elevated Stations (viz. Sarai Kale Khan & New Ashok Nagar Stations) and Design Verification, Detailed Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical Systems including Fire Detection & Suppression Systems and Hydraulics Systems from Sarai Kale Khan to New Ashok Nagar DN Ramp of Delhi – Ghaziabad – Meerut RRTS Corridor.

Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) – International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage- Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
The works shall be constructed to the highest standards available using proven up—to-date good Engineering practices. The Specification shall in any case not specify standards which, in the Engineer’s opinion, are less than or inferior to those described in Technical/Construction Specifications contained in the Bidding Documents.
Construction shall be carried out employing the procedures established by the Contractor in his Quality, Safety Health and Environmental management plans. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from the relevant Public/Government/Local/Statutory or any agencies in the construction of the works.
Scope of work:
General:
- Name of Work: Architectural Finishing for 2 Elevated Stations (viz Sarai Kale Khan, & New Ashok Nagar Stations ) and Design Verification, Detailed Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical Systems including Fire Detection & Suppression Systems and Hydraulics Systems from Sarai Kale Khan to New Ashok Nagar DN Ramp of Delhi – Ghaziabad – Meerut RRTS Corridor.
- Name of Work: Architectural Finishing for 9 Elevated Stations (viz. Murad Nagar, Modi Nagar South, Modi Nagar North, Meerut South Station, Brahmpuri, MES Colony, Daurli, Meerut North, Modipuram) and Design Verification, Detailed Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical Systems including Fire Detection & Suppression Systems and Hydraulics Systems from Duhai (EPE) to start of Partapur Station and Begumpul UP Ramp to Modipuram of Delhi – Ghaziabad – Meerut RRTS Corridor.
- The rates are inclusive of all cost but not limited to the cost such as for Plants, Equipment, tools, all types of labor, supervision, all materials from the source of supplies as approved by Engineer/Employer including all lead and lifts, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, contractors profits& establishment/overheads together with preparation of designs, structural & architectural drawings etc ,all general risks, taxes, royalties, duties, cess, octroi and other levies, insurance liabilities and all other obligations set out or implied in the contract for completion of work except otherwise specified in Bill of Quantities.
Only eligible bidders with the following qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- The bidder must have minimum average Annual Project Turnover of INR 255 million (for Lot-P11 L1) and INR 535 million (for Lot-P11 L2) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five (5) years;
- The bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the subject contract of INR 60 million (for Lot-P11 L1) and INR 115 million (for Lot-P11 L2);
- Participation as a contractor or JV partner in similar works pertaining to Civil Construction works including Architectural finishing with/without E&M works in Metro Rail or High Speed Railways or Regional Rail Stations/ Airports/Office Complexes /Commercial Complexes /Institutional Complexes / Residential Complexes that has been completed or substantially completed within the last 10 (Ten) years ending the last day of the month previous to the month of bid submission.
