The Board of Directors of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Limited (LMRCL) under the Chairmanship of Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India organised its 34th Board meeting. The Chairman and Nominee directors of the Government of India (GOI) were present through video conference in this meeting from Delhi & Other Board Members with Principal Secretary Housing & Urban Planning Department, Go UP from Lucknow.
In this meeting the Board considered and approved the 1st and 2nd quarter internal audit report for financial year 2018-19. Apart from this LMRCL also ratified the circular resolution for the two newly appointed directors on the Board of the company, Shri Sanjay Kumar Murthy, Additional Secretary MoHUA and Shri Sushil Kumar, Director (Operations).
The Board members also thanked Shri Manoj Kumar, Additional Secretary, MoHUA for his excellent contribution during his tenure in the company.
