The Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), which is engaged in the development of railways and related infrastructure, has decided to undertake Construction of National Rail & Transportation Institute at Vadodara, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of bidder(s) to whom the Contract may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Contract are as follows:

Scope of work:
The scope of work will broadly include construction of Main Academic building, Hostel, mess, sports and other facilities, Guest House, faculty housing and other ancillary services in connection with setting up of National Rail & Transportation Institute at Vadodara in the existing campus of National Academy of Indian Railways as per architectural and structural plans as given by Architect. The work is to be carried out in existing campus of National Academy for Indian Railways (NAIR) which also houses the existing setup of NRTI.
RFQ document: The interested Applicants may download the RFQ document from the e-tendering portal of RVNL i.e. https://rvnl.euniwizarde.com from 07/08/2020 to 07/09/2020 It will be the responsibility of the applicant who is submitting the application on downloaded RFQ document to check and see any addendum/Corrigendum issued in this regard from the website from time to time and ensure submission of application along with all addendum/Corrigendum.
Pre-Application Conference: A pre-application conference will be held on 14/08/2020 at 11:30 hrs through video Conference. The prospective applicants who wish to attend the meeting shall submit a maximum of two email ids of the persons nominated to attend the meeting, to the person nominated to contact as given in note 7 below at least 2 working days before the pre-bid meeting.
