UPMRC to conduct 2-day orientation-cum-training program for newly-recruited members

Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) will conduct a 2-day orientation-cum-training program for the newly-recruited Heads of Departments (HODs) and Deputy Heads of Departments (Dy. HODs) at UPMRC’s Centre of Excellence for Training (COET) at Transport Nagar Depot, Lucknow. The training will be conducted on 2 days- 26th June 2020 and 27th June 2020 from 9:30 AM till 2:00 PM.

The objective of this program is to familiarize the new employees with the Company’s mission, vision, culture & work ethics and equip them to take up higher responsibilities in the management. The recruits will gain insight into effective management practices, leadership styles, time management techniques, the importance of ethics and values, team building, finance management, transport economics, HR practices, departmental rules and regulations, field visits and much more. The orientation-cum-training program will be divided into four sessions of one hour along with a half an hour recess.

Shri. Kumar Keshav, MD, UPMRC will inaugurate the program. The first day of the Orientation-Cum-Training Program is scheduled to witness three important sessions to be addressed by Director Rolling Stock and Systems, General Manager Finance and Company Secretary respectively.

A total of 26 newly hired members in the Lucknow, Kanpur and Agra Metro Projects will attend the program.
