Mr. Mahendra Kumar (Director Operations), Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation reviewed the ongoing operations work under the North South Corridor from Transport Nagar to Charbagh.
During his visit he was accompanied by LMRC officials. Starting the inspection from Transport Nagar, he oversaw the Metro Rail Operations works with the Management work by travelling from the Metro Train.
Director Operation also inspected the parking area where he instructed the related officials for its maintenance. Along with this he reviewed the Automatic Fare Collection Gate, CCTV, Fire Extinguisher, Escalators and Lifts which are found working correctly.
Director Operation inspected the Property Development area at Charbagh Metro Station and took the feedback from the Customer Relation Assistant.
On the other side, one unidentified mobile was found at the Ticket Counter of Transport Nagar Metro Station which was returned to its owner (Mr. Fasi Huzzran) after the announcement was made at the Metro Premises.
