Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd. has invited open tender for the work of PSG/PSD System installed at 33 stations of Gujarat Metro Rail Project Phase -1.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
The following shall be the minimum eligibility criteria for selection of bidders.
Work Experience:
- The bidder should have experience of design and supply and /or Installation/testing / commissioning or maintenance services of Half height/Full height PSD system as a prime contractor/ JV member/Sub-contractor for Metro Rail / MonoRail PSD system.
- The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed work(s) completion date(s) of which falling during last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission as given below
– At least one “similar work”** of value of Rs.2.20 Crore or more
OR
– Two “similar works” **each of value of Rs.1.38 Crore or more
OR
– Three “similar works”**each of value of Rs.1.10 Crore or more**
- “Similar work” for this contract shall be “Design & Supply and/ or Installation/ Testing, Commissioning or Maintenance of Full Height/ Half Height PSD system for Metro Rail / MonoRail PSD system.
Notes:
- The tenderer shall upload details of work executed by them in the prescribed format as per Appendix-17of FOT for the works to be considered for qualification of work experience criteria. Documentary proof such as completion certificates from the client clearly indicating the nature/scope of work, actual completion cost and actual date of completion for such work should be uploaded. In case work is executed for private client documentary proof such as copy of work order, Bill of quantities, Bill wise details of payment received certified by CA, TDS certificates for all the payments received, copy of final/ last bill paid by the client should be uploaded. The offers submitted without this documentary proof will not be evaluated.
- Value of successfully completed portion of any on-going work up to last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission will also be considered for qualification of work experience criteria,provided at least 70% of the Contract value of work is completed. The details to be furnished in Appendix – 17 & 17A along with the Engineer / Employer’s certificate and other requisite details as mentioned in NIT/Tender Document. The Engineer / Employer’s certificate for ongoing works should not be older than three months from the tender submission date.
- For completed works, value of work done shall be updated to last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level assuming 5% inflation for Indian Rupees every year and 2% for foreign currency portions per year.The exchange rate of foreign currency shall be applicable 28 days before the submission date of tender.
- In case of joint venture / Consortium, full value of the work, if done by the same joint venture shall be considered. However, if the qualifying work(s) were done by them in JV/Consortium having different constituents, then the value of work as per their percentage participation in such JV/Consortium shall be considered. This is to be substantiated with documentary evidence.
- If the above work(s) comprise(s) other works also, then client’s certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the “similar work” shall be furnished by the tenderer in support of work experience along-with their tender submissions.
