About the project:

  • Project: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Receiving Sub Stations [including 25 kV AC Traction cum 33 kV Auxiliary Main Sub Stations], Extra High Voltage & High Voltage cabling, 25 KV Overhead Equipment (FOCS/ROCS), Auxiliary Power Supply [including Auxiliary Sub Station], SCADA Systems, Operational Control Centre and Associated works on Viaduct & Tunnel for Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor of NCRTC (Lot 1 & Lot 2). 

The project is planned for a phased commissioning in 4 stages as under:

Scope of Work:

  • The scope of work is to manufacture in line with technical specification, Climatic condition, GTP, type test etc. and inspection & delivery of LV Cables for Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor of NCRTC. All technical specifications, Main Applicable Standards, Technical Sheets, Test Sheets, I/O List and other details have been enclosed as Separate Volume. 
  • The Following points (not limited to) may be considered by bidder while submitting the offer:
    • All LV cables shall be FRLS type with XLPE insulation. Semi flexible conductors shall be used; rigid conductors shall be prohibited.
    • Bidder should have the experience of manufacturing of LV copper cable FRLS type with XLPE insulation in accordance with IEC60502-1 and IS 7098-1.
    • Valid Type Test Report of offered cables may also be submitted with bid OR undertaking to carry out the Type Tests as per IEC 60502-1 and IS 7098 shall be submitted before supply of material in the event of order.
    • The voltage rating of distribution cables shall be 1100 Volts.
    • Neutral conductors are to be deemed as being active conductors.
    • Cables and wires shall be treated to withstand flames propagation.
    • All LV cables and wiring shall be armored & for elevated/grade FRLS Type and for underground FRLSZH type.
