Scope of Work:
The scope of present tender for the work is as “Supply & Commissioning of Track Survey System (Double Trolley) Gauge 1676 mm, solution for design mode track measurement trolley with standard accessories and spares of reputed and proven brand for highly efficient tamping survey with real time track information and correction data for tamping machine including training to IRCON’s Surveyor, in connection with construction of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Phase-Il Vaitama – Sachin section”.
Scope of works is as indicated below but not limited to:
- All items of the system shall be new and calibrated by authorized agencies.
- No deviation/Damage shall be permitted in any item/ part of the system.
- Sufficient training and operation engineers shall be remaining with the system till to completely learned minimum two IRCON engineers. required specification shall be match with technical specification.
- Working guide booklet shall be supplied in Hindi and English language.
- This shall be capable of comparing design to as built track.
- This shall be capable of Real time confirmation of construction results.
- This shall be capable of millimetre accuracy confirms to project requirement.
- This shall be capable of eliminating errors and delays in data transfer.
- This shall be capable of creating 3D models of critical areas.
- This shall be capable of analysing clearance issues and developing cross section drawings.
- This shall be capable of capturing a complete profile in tunnels and underpasses.
Work is to be carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications and instructions of the Employer Representative. Items of works to be executed shall be generally as per the BOQ/ Schedule of the contract, DFCCIL Specifications and as per instructions of the Employer Representative.
Others-General:
- All aspects of quality control and quality assurance of Works including documentation.
- Providing measures for prevention / mitigation of environmental impacts due to construction activities.
- All works to be executed complying to SHE (Safety Health & Environment) Requirements as mentioned in client’s Agreement with employer.
- Handing over of the works on completion after due site clearance to engineer/ employer.
- Rectification of the defects in the completed works during the defect liability period.
- Execution of any other item of work for the construction and completion of the Works in accordance with the provisions of Contract including all incidental items as well as preparation and submission of reports, plans as required.
- During the period of the contract the right of way and all existing roads shall be kept open for traffic for a safe and usable condition.
- Traffic control and traffic diversions shall be provided as necessary to protect the works and maintenance will be carried out as directed by the Client Representative and provided in the contract.
