He reviewed the progress of the station, which will be 30 metres below ground. Approximately 41% of the excavation work for this key station has been completed.

With the installation of the first escalators at Anand Station, a total of 90 energy-efficient escalators will be deployed across 12 stations, featuring cutting-edge safety measures like emergency stop buttons and dress guards.
In Oct: The Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project marks a significant achievement with the completion of a 210-metre long PSC bridge over NH-48 in Navsari, Gujarat. Additionally, the construction of India’s first 7 km undersea tunnel as part of a 21 km stretch in Maharashtra progresses rapidly, showcasing advanced tunnelling techniques.
In Sep: The Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project has achieved a major milestone with the completion of 1000 Full Span Box Girders each at Vadodara and Vapi casting yards. These girders, crucial for the viaduct construction, highlight India’s engineering prowess, with 213 km of the viaduct already completed across Gujarat using advanced launching techniques.
