The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) has invited e-tenders from reputed and experienced contractors for following Works. The details of Works are asunder:

Purpose:

  • The purpose of this Tender is to procure a web-based commercially off the shelf (COTS) Project Management Information System (PMIS) hosted on a cloud service to support the Project Management activities and processes during project execution, allowing for a coordinated, transparent and structured real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • The Main Project Management modulus and functionalities to support are:
    • Contract management.
    • Project planning and controls.
    • Deliverables Management along with support for creation and management of asset registers.
    • Communications management.
    • Risk and Change management.
    • Document management.
    • Reporting and Monitoring.
    • User functionality.
    • Remote Data Capture.
    • Training.
    • Performance and Scalability.
    • Data Security.
    • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
    • Grievance Redressal System.
    • STQC Certification.

Scope of Work:

  • Web based portal and user licenses of commercially off the shelf (COTS) PMIS
  • Professional services; installation, implementation and configuration
  • Training for the client on how platform will be used by all the stakeholders involved in the project execution.
  • The platform shall be scalable with the extent of data to be managed and users that have access.
  • User Manual/Handbook for operation and management if all modules, policies, procedures, assist registers, configuration documents and other documents shall be kept update and provided to MPMRCL on a regular basis.
  • A dedicated Project Manager and a Single point of Contact (SPoC) shall be deputed on the project until the Hand Holding period is complete.

Project planning:

  • The system shall be able to interface with Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning, scheduling and monitoring activities. It shall be able to, but not restricted to, generate reports from the schedules, show and track progress including S Curves.
  • System interoperability with Primavera P6/MS Project.

Deliverables management:

  • The system shall be able to provide the Client with sufficient number of tools to following tasks:
  • Create, configure and reconfigure workflows.
  • Create and manage transmittal and submittal packages.
  • Perform full tracking of flow of information.
  • Perform real time reporting of flow of information.
  • Create and manage submittals, reviews and approvals.
  • Customise predefined templates and create new ones.
  • Support issue tracking and management (e.g. issue definition, assigning issue to owners, converting issues to tasks).
  • Support task management (e.g. create, assign, manage, track tasks).
  • Support standardized handover processes.
  • Support creation and management of asset registers based on construction project information.
  • Visual Workflows.
