NCRTC invites bids for work related to survey pertaining to SKK-SNB Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Corridor

National Capital Region Transport Corporation Ltd. (NCRTC) has invited limited e-bids (Electronic Bid) (Manual bid are not permitted) from shortlisted firms under Single Stage Two Packet System for the following works:

  • Tender Reference Number: DA/MS/CPM-GGN/028
  • Name of Work: Providing Services of Survey Agency with required instruments for facilitating the work related to survey pertaining to SKK-SNB Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Corridor.
  • Completion period of work: 12 Months
  • Document Download / Sale Start Date: 20-May-2022
  • Document Download / Sale End Date: 13-June-2022
  • Bid Opening Date: 14-June-2022
  • Bid Submission Start Date: 06-June-2022
  • Bid Submission End Date: 13-June-2022

General:

  • The intending bidders must be registered on e-procurement portal as mentioned in clause 1.2 (k) of IFB (Bid Schedule). Those who are not registered on the e-procurement Portal shall be required to get registered beforehand. After registration, the bidder will get user-id and password. On login, bidder can participate in bidding process and can witness various activities of the bidding process.
  • The authorized signatory of intending bidder, as per notarized Power of Attorney (POA), must have valid class-III digital signature. The bid document can only be downloaded from e-procurement portal. However, the bidder shall upload their bid on e-procurement portal as mentioned in clause 1.2 (k) of IFB (Bid Schedule) using class-III digital signature of the authorized signatory only.
  • Bid submissions shall be done online on e-procurement portal, after uploading the mandatory scanned documents towards Bid Securing Declaration or other documents like Make in India/MSEs / Startup business exemption certificate or other documents as stated in the bid document. Instructions for online bid submission are given in Instructions to Bidders.
  • Submission of bid shall be closed on e-procurement portal at the expiry of date & time of submission prescribed in clause 1.2 (h) of IFB (Bid Schedule) after which no bid can be uploaded. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that his bid is uploaded online on e-procurement portal before the deadline of submission. NCRTC will not be responsible for non-submission of bid documents due to any reason, delay and/or loss whatsoever.
  • Bid shall be valid for a period of 180 days (both days inclusive i.e. the last date of submission of bids and the last date of period of validity of the bid) from the date of submission of Bids (from the revised date of submission of Bids in case revised in corrigendum/addendum) as prescribed in clause 1.2(h) of IFB (Bid Schedule).
  • NCRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids any time without assigning any reasons. No bidder shall have any cause of action or claim against the NCRTC for rejection of bids.
  • Bidders are advised to keep themselves apprised for any updates in e-procurement portal.The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to the successful bidder shall be dispatched by registered post/courier/hand delivery and shall also be e-mailed.

About SKK-SNB RRTS Corridor:

This corridor Delhi (SKK)-SNB RRTS Corridor originates from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi and ends at SNB in Rajasthan. Key salient features are as follows:

  • Route length: 106.5 Km.
  • States covered: 3 (Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan).
  • Length of corridor by state: 82.49 km (Haryana), 22.08 km (Delhi) and 1.93 km (Rajasthan).
  • Number of stations: 16.
  • Elevated/Underground sections: While almost entire route length in Delhi is Underground, the route length in Haryana is mostly elevated except 14.08 Km. underground. The route length in Rajasthan is completely elevated. Elevated portion of the RRTS corridor in Haryana state has been planned along median/left/right of old Delhi-Gurugram road, Sector-17 road in Gurugram area and along NH-48 up to SNB (Rajasthan State Border). In this corridor one maintenance depot at Dharuhera (at grade) and a stabling facility at Manesar have been planned.
