Director (Electrical) of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), Shri O.H. Pande inspects Patna Metro Project Construction sites. In his day-long inspections on Wednesday, He visited Moin Ul Haq Stadium, Rajendra Nagar, Malahi Pakri, Khemni Chak, Bhootnath, Zero Mile, Saguna More, Mithapur RSS and Depot.

- Shri Pande started with Moin ul haq stadium site where he was briefed about the TBM tunnelling progress and Electrical progress in the station where the tunnelling will commence soon. He was updated by the officials on the progress of the construction work at all the sites of Patna Metro Project.
- Shri Pande discussed the status of the work & various challenges being faced on site, with regard to Electrical Utility diversion works particularly the 132KV transmission line by the Electrical wing. He was briefed by the engineers about the good coordination with the district administration & the local people for timely permissions and commencement of the work in the said time.
- At Zero-mile, he was given an update on the progress of the Electrical Tower under construction as well proposed on the sites by the Officials of the Electrical Department of the DMRC. He visited ISBT Depot where the foundation construction work is in progress for the boundary wall as well as Building.
- It is important to note that from Malahipakdi in Kankarbagh to Patliputra ISBT, there is an elevated route of 6.6 Kilometers. This route will comprise five stations, namely Malahi Pakdi, Khemnichak, Bhootnath, Zero Miles and ISBT. Pillars are being constructed in these areas.
- There will be a depot of Patna Metro in Bairia, Sampatchak, Paijawa near Patliputra Bus Terminal. Construction of Depot facilities for new ISBT, for Patna Railway Station of corridor – II is being constructed in sampatchak, Paijava, near Bairia. Metro will run on a 40 feet pillar on Malahipakdi to Patliputra ISBT route.
- After the inspection of Patna Metro Project construction works, Shri Pande directed all concerned with the Electricals wing to take actions on the given directions and inform about their compliance immediately and he also gave important instructions for not compromising with the safety measures.
