BG LI-IN Electricals Ltd. is a group company of BAGLA Group established in year 1985 with an industrial unit in Aurangabad near to Mumbai or Bombay (Economic capital of INDIA). We have two major business verticals, Automotive & Railway.
BG LI-IN has the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of Relays & EV Chargers for automotive application. BG LI-IN is One of the largest manufacturers of all types of starter relays. LED Flasher, USB Charger, DC-DC Converter, buzzer assembly & two wheeler side stand sensor and enjoys the absolute customer satisfaction of clients like Cummins India, Kirloskar, Ashok Leyland, Greaves Cotton Ltd, Paiken, Piaggio, Lombardini, Bajaj Auto Ltd., Tata Motors, Mahindra, Hueco etc. Our Automotive facility is JIPM TPM certified.
In Railway sector, we are manufacturing Q – series (Metal to Carbon) Signalling relays with annual manufacturing capacity of 3,00,000 relays. We are approved supplier of Indian Railway (RDSO Approved). We have state of art manufacturing facility equipped with highly precise test setups and skilled manpower. We are also doing export for the signalling relays in Asia covers Africa. We are currently under process of getting IRIS certification.

2. Electric Point Machine
Electric Point Machines are used for operation of track points. It is operated electrically with gear and motor arrangement. We have developed prototype samples which are under type approval process at RDSO test lab.

- Max. operating current: 5.5 Amp DC

We are working on development of SMPS of Railway solutions like;
1. Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) 48VDC, 25A
The 48V SMPS based battery charger power plant, designed as per customer’s load requirement and capacity of battery, is suitable for High Frequency Switched-Mode Technique for the use by Indian Railways for Telecom Equipment. (i.e. Exchanges, Multiplexing, Microwave Radio, GSM-R, TETRA, OFC) The product is developed as per Indian railway specification RDSO/SPN/TL/23/99, version 4 under final design release stage.
