Hyloc, an ISO/TS 221 63 (IRIS) A Rail Quality Management system (RQMS) certified company located in Belgaum, Karnataka state, India supplying tube fittings for Air brake application in Railway sector in India. Hyloc is one of the company in Polyhydron Group, started its operations in 1974.
We are manufacturers of Tube fittings, Hydraulic valves, pipe flanges and diagnostic couplings. Hyloc is also certified for ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and we are TYPE APPROVED supplier for marine sector too.
Apart from Standard products, hyloc also developed special and customized products to many customers as per their requirements.
Hyloc is active member of Fluid power sectional committee, PGD36 of BIS and also ‘P’ member of ISO. Majority of Indian standards for fittings are reviewed and drafts are circulated to keep updated with current technology, market demand.
We have complete infrastructure which includes high productive machines like multi-spindles, sliding head and series of CNC turning centers. Hyloc has in house forge shop in which we manufacture hot and cold forged components.
All couplings nuts, Elbows and Tee bodies used in assembly of tube fittings are manufactured by forging process. State of the art in house surface treatment plant has the facility of Trivalent Alkaline Zinc with Salt spray hours of 1 20 and Zinc Nickel plating with 720+ hours of salt spray life.
Raw material which are in the form of hexagon and round bars used for our products are directly procured from Steel Mills so that we are 100% assured about the quality in terms of internal defects, chemical and mechanical properties etc.
Hyloc has the system of quality inspection at various stages to assure the best quality. Hyloc has in house well equipped hydraulic test lab where- in our products are tested for performance as per ISO 19879 to assure the product safety along with Quality.
Hyloc make Tube fittings design conforms to ISO 8434. Apart from this standard, we also refer many other international standards. Hyloc has strong systems for product traceability in which, all our components are marked with our logo, part number, month and year of manufacture.
We have qualified and experienced people in Marketing, Design, Production and Quality which helps in assuring to deliver the best products to our customers.
Currently we are supplying to Rail coach factory, Kapurthala, Modern coach factory, Raibareli, Integral coach factory, Chennai. Apart from these major rails sector customers, hyloc also supplies to Banaras Locomotive Works, DLMW Patiala, SW Railway, and Northern Railway etc.
Hyloc has the distributor network across India and also in UK and UAE. Hyloc exports its products to USA, UK, UAE, South Africa and Middle East. Over the period of 47+ years have gained more than 800 customers.
Hyloc is awarded by state government, FIEO and EEPC for the best export performance. Apart from Sales, we provide some of the value added services to our customers like technical trainings, product demo and troubleshooting guide etc. Thru Polyhydron foundation, Hyloc also serves to society at large as CSR.
