The organisation is having a fleet of highly advanced CNC and VMC Machines (apart from a range of other supporting machinery) for precision machining of critical forgings and castings. The group achieved a recent major breakthrough by way of development of Distributor Valve (the heart of the air brake system) and has already completed supply of 1000 units in a short span of 1 year to the international market. In addition to DV, we are regularly manufacturing Locomotive Brake Valves like A9 Auto Brake Valve, C2W Relay Air Valve, J-1 Safety Valve, N-1 Reducing Valve, E1 and T2 Safety Valve etc. As far as the Passenger Coaches are concerned, we have recently developed Air Spring Control Equipment for both Long Distance Passenger Coaches and Short Distance Transit Passenger Coaches like EMU or DEMU Coaches
The organisation has also developed and supplied advanced Slack Adjusters having 4 start rolled threads equivalent to DRV2A Slack Adjusters in the international market.The group has also forayed into rehabilitation/retrofitment works contract and has already completed work on more than 200 wagons in a short span of 1 year.
We have achieved a recent breakthrough in successfully developing PANTOGRAPH, which has already passed standards of the industry and will shortly be supplied to the Indian Railways.
