To prove our point, we achieved ISO 9001:2018. Nonetheless, this is not the ultimate; rather it is just another step forward towards our commitment to excellence. Topgrip started with manufacturing pressure gauges for Indian Railways but today we have expanded to a variety of products and sectors with 3 factories in India with our headquarters in Kolkata.
We would like to draw your kind attention that we are one of the most reputed manufacturers of Process Control Instruments/ Control Valves/ Sensors/ Automotive Fixtures. The Company is being professionally managed by group of experts. The factory is well equipped with machineries and equipments being handled by competent and skilled personnel. We are committed to enhancing customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Railways Rolling Stock Products:
Topgrip is one of the prime manufacturers related to manufacturing electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ pneumatic valves & gauges of sensitive nature. All the products which Topgrip manufactures are related products for locomotives and other rolling stocks along with wire harnessing panels etc, particularly safety related items, In addition to above we are one of the assessed and approved manufacturers in the areas of fully loaded locomotive control panel as well as other critical panels that are used with high speed passenger coaches. Topgrip is also an approved manufacturer of sensors both Pressure and Temperature sensors for rolling stocks.
A RailGrinder is a special purpose vehicle used to increase the lifespan of the tracks by restoring rail profile as well as removing irregularities like deformations, corrosion etc. So far such special purpose machines used to be imported as a complete train and used in maintenances of tracks.
Now that with the Govt concept of “Aatma Nirbhar” , work of manufacturing nearly 10 sets of such important special purpose machines in India itself with the available infrastructural facilities in BEML/ Bangalore. For building such important prestigious asset for GOI, Topgrip instruments got an opportunity for manufacturing and supplying the drivers control consoles complete with all accessories including cable harnessing.
Tool & Die Manufacturing Division:
Topgrip is having its tool and die manufacturing unit which deals with reputed automobile industries both domestically as well as international requirements. Each unit is headed by experienced professionals to take care the need of customer right from design to manufacturing & supply of the respective products In all the three units we are having Teams exclusively for development of new products periodically in order add many more items in its manufacturing lists.
Quality Policy:
Towards meeting its Quality Policy, Topgrip is using the vehicle of Quality Management Systems, which are certified to ISO 9001:2018 series of Standards. Corporate Quality and Unit level Quality structure enables requisite planning, control and implementation of Company-wide Quality Policy and Objectives which are linked to the Company’s Vision statement. Corporate Quality derives strength from direct reporting to Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
