Main Cabin
A team of 3000+ skilled personnel, a fleet of 450+ CNC, VMC, HNC, VTL, WFL Mill turn, Grinding machines and all types of Fabrication set up-welding (According to EN 15085-2(CL1) & DIN EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 & EN 1090-3) SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and SAW Machines (with qualified AWS and EN standards welders) etc., help Ultra to supply a fully machined or a fabricated component weighing from 50 gm to 30+MT and plate thickness of 1mm to 250mm+. Ultra is a’ One Stop Shop offering services from Developing First Articles as per customer drawings and inputs, quality Inspection and documentation, domestic and export shipments (as per customer packaging norms) its warehousing and 3PL set up.

Ultra-supplies Fully Fabricated and Machined components like- Main Cabins, Auxiliary Cabins, Front and Rear end Upper Frames, head stocks, Antenna Brackets, Consoles, Bogie frame etc. in the various raw material grades in Carbon steel, alloy steel as per US, EU and other global raw material grades and their locally available equivalent grades. The weight range of the Metro and Railway components range from 0.5Kg to 4500Kg. The material movement of these parts can be done through the Gantry line and overhead cranes for in house shot blasting and painting booths. A separate Training school for the operators and workers for the Metro and Bogie Parts, a Quality Lab and inspection facility helps to supply the best quality parts to domestic and overseas customers.
