Scope of Work:
- The work is scattered over an area of approximately 10 acres. The tentative scope of work includes the planning, topographical survey, geo-technical investigation, designing, estimation, preparation of tender document, tender BOQ & drawings, pre & post construction approvals (from Local/Statutory Bodies, if any) for following facilities in connection with construction of Agri Cold Chain Logistics Facility (as per Cold Storage Industries Norms/APEDA Norms) at ICD Dadri, U.P.

Scope of Services:
- The technical consultant/architect shall deploy competent personnel for preliminary survey, preparation of conceptual plans, detailed engineering, topographical survey, geo-technical investigation, structural and architectural design & drawings and liaison with RITES/CONCOR, Railway and other local bodies, PSUs, Govt. Department(s) in a time bound manner.
- Topographical survey, preparation of conceptual plan and Geo-technical investigation as per site requirement before taking up Detailed engineering.
- Preparation of Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR), Detailed Project Report (DPR) and submission of the same to RITES/CONCOR for obtaining approval of the same.
- Finalisation of Conceptual Plan after Topographical survey & Geo-technical investigation.
- Architectural, structural designs & drawings as per the scope of work and approved conceptual plan. Checking of design & drawings submitted by contractors and their approval (if applicable).
- Preparation of services drawings i.e., plumbing, water supply, sewerage system, storm water drainage & rainwater harvesting etc.
- Preparation of external and internal electrification layouts and calculation of total requirement of electric load (as per Cold Storage Industries Norms/APEDA Norms) for the complex under construction and enhancements of electrical load in case of existing terminals.
- Planning and designing Air-Conditioning for cold chain storage buildings.
- Planning and designing a fire fighting system for a cold chain storage building.
Note:
- The technical consultant/architect shall make site visits at their own expenses to familiarize themselves with site conditions and to carry out the scope of work.
- The technical consultant/architect shall submit original tracing, Geo-Technical data & report, design calculations etc. for the office record of RITES/CONCOR.
- In case the above activity is not required for any project due to whatever reason, no deduction in technical consultant/architect fee shall be made on this account, as this is standard terms and conditions made to cover all possible situations.
- The technical consultant/architect shall submit three (03) sets of completion plans & drawings (as built) of the Project showing all completed works and one complete set of soft copies of drawings and plans, wherever applicable.
- The technical consultant/architect should deploy cold storage expert during planning, designing and periodical supervision during construction of cold storage facility (Minimum one site visit per month, failing which Rs. 5000/- shall be deducted per visit)
- The technical consultant/architect should deploy Architect/ Structural Engineer /PHE/HVAC/Firefighting/Electrical Engineer etc. for clarifications at site as and when requested by RITES/CONCOR.
