Scope of Work:

  • Approximate area of 87.0 Acre for proposed MMLP at Mandalgarh – Bhilwara District near Mandalgarh Railway Station, Rajasthan. The area mentioned is tentative and may vary. However, field surveys shall be conducted including the existing Railway track of the existing  Railway yard as per the actual site condition to ensure that all the data required for preparation of ESP/ PFR is covered in the survey work.
  • Site Visit & Preliminary Survey of Probable area (using total station) for acquisition of land, preparation of topographical map of the area showing Khasra/Plot No. along with their individual boundaries, establishing cardinal coordinates of the project site.
  • Preparation of contour and drainage plans of the area, including showing reduced level of existing road and Railway lines (existing and proposed if any), highest flood level of area, pond, canal, drains, proposed, final level of container pavement area, internal roads, Railway siding (existing and proposed if any), drains other important special features of MMLP.
  • Survey of existing underground & overground utility and services like HT/LT electric lines, pipelines, nalas, drains, ponds, wells, canal, rivers, road, Railway line, rail & road bridge level crossing trees and other services and showing on the survey plan. Suggested action plan regarding shifting of utility & services from the MMLP/site/land pocket. In case shifting is not possible, suggest an action plan to minimize their impact on the operation of MMLP.
  • Preparation of key plan of the area vis-à-vis MMLP project site showing Rail, road and nearest sea & dry ports connectivity future transport related infrastructures, major industrial units/ area within its 100 km radius etc. Relevant Google Earth imagery, details available in India Railway and Road Maps, shall be part of the report.
  • Joint Demarcation of land boundary on the ground in association with district land Revenue authorities and CONCOR/RITES. Liaison with concerned Railway office & Other related Departments: Liaison with concerned officials of state government and Revenue Department/ Railway /PWD, Roads & Bridges, NHAI, and any other including regional and corporate officials of CONCOR for obtaining relevant existing and future plans, Railway yard plans, discussing about MMLP/ICD of CONCOR.
  • PMC will assist the agency in obtaining in-principle approvals of MMLP required from Railways/ DFC and other Govt. Departments as the case may be. Railway connectivity plan showing nos. of proposed Railway siding of CONCOR and connectivity with the nearest Railway yard, in consultation with the concerned Divisional Railway officers. The plan should be an extension of the Railway yard. Railway Bridge, level crossing, subway degree of curves, total length of connecting line, extension of Railway Bridge, if any, etc. should be shown.
  • Development of General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) say concept plan of major facilities like, administrative & miscellaneous Buildings, approach and internal circulation roads including connectivity with main road of state/national highways, warehouses (Export /import/Domestic) Railway siding (container handling, PFT handling, shunting neck, engine & brake-van reversal lines, sick line, connectivity with Railway yard), modifications required in DFC/IR yard etc. required in connection with setting of MMLP for handling containers & private freights.
  • Preparation of abstract estimate with & without land cost. Preparation Survey report: Five sets of survey reports for all stages of approval with all required drawings as per scope of work. Drawings should be on A0 size with one set in a tracing sheet of 80-90 GSM shall be submitted. The soft copies of the survey report shall also be submitted for editing purposes in (CAD) in Pen-drive form along with the data in the soft copy. All surveying should be in correlation with the nearby permanent benchmark. The plotting shall be done on 1:1000 scales.

Notes:

  • A weightage of 7% (compounded annually from the date of completion of the work to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids) shall be given for equating the value of works to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids.
  • For example, for a similar work of Rs 1,00,000/- completed on 31.12.2017 and the last stipulated date for submission of the bids was 31.08.2020, the value of work that shall be considered after giving weightage is [Rs 1,00,000*1.07*1.07] {1+[(7/100)*(244/366)]}= Rs 119832.87, rounded off to Rs 119833/-
  • Only such works shall be considered where physical completion of entire work is over or commissioning of work has been done, whichever is earlier.
  • The Bidder should submit the details of such similar completed works as per the format at Proforma-1 enclosed.
