RLDA invites RFQ for Re-development of Dehradun Railway Station

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Re-development of Dehradun Railway Station.

Key Details:

• Name of work: Re-development of Dehradun Railway Station, Dehradun.
• Registration Charges: Rs. 2,500/- (Non-refundable) for E-procurement portal of RLDA.
• Tender processing fee: Rs 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) (Exclusive of all taxes (Non-refundable).
• RFQ Document Fee: Rs. 10,500/- + GST @12% = Rs 11,760/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Only) (Non- refundable and Non-transferable)
• Commencement of downloading of RFQ document: 13.04.2020 from 18:00 hrs.
• Commencement of downloading of RFQ document: 13.04.2020 from 18:00 hrs.
• Pre-Application conference: RLDA HQ. NEW DELHI: 13.05.2020 AT 1100 Hrs OR be held online Conference Hall, Carriage and Wagon office, Railway Station, Dehradun: 20.05.2020 at 1100 Hrs or be held online.
• Authority response to queries: 26.05.2020
• Last date & time of downloading of RFQ documents: 05.06.2020 upto 14:00 hrs.
• Last date & time of submission of RFQ documents: 05.06.2020 upto 15:00 hrs
• Opening of e-bids: 05.06.2020 at 15:30 hrs.

(1) Bidders have to download the Bid documents from the e-procurement portal i.e. www.tenderwizard.com/RLDA after registering themselves on portal and after payment of Tender Processing Fee & Bid Document Fee before last date & time of downloading the e-bids online.

(2) All Bidders are advised to see Amendments to RFP, if any, before submission of the e-bids. In case the bidder does not submit the amended bids/amendments, it will be presumed that bidder has seen the amendments/ Amended bids and e-bid will be evaluated accordingly. The decision of RLDA shall be final and binding.

(3) Any Corrigendum/Addendum to this RFP Notice, if any, would appear only on above mentioned websites and will not be published in newspapers.

Additional Details : 

• An MoU was signed between the Rail Land Development Authority and the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority for the Redevelopment of Dehradun Railway Station Project on December 5, 2019.
• The scope of work includes redevelopment of the station to provide world-class passenger amenities, construction of a multilevel parking and check-in points, and the setting up of a food court, ticket and reservation counters with the latest facilities, restrooms, dormitory facilities and ATMs. Other works include development of a railway guest house, apartments for railway officials and employees, a parking facility and construction of flats.
