Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited Proposal through e-tendering mode for Major Upgradation of Nagpur Railway Station of Central Railway on Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) mode.

Scope of Work:

  • The scope of work shall broadly cover survey, investigations, design and Major Upgradation of Railway Station including but not limited to undertaking civil works and MEP works for station building. The brief particulars of the Project, bidding process and the Estimated Project Cost is provided in Clause 1.1.2 of this RFP.
  • Without prejudice to the other terms of this Agreement the Contractor shall develop/ redevelop the following services, amenities and facilities as a part of the Project:
    • Water Supply
    • Sewage Treatment System
    • Storm Water Drainage
    • Rain Water Harvesting
    • Fire Protection System
    • Electrical System
    • Ventilation And Air Conditioning
    • Building Management System (Bms)
    • Solar Panel

Eligibility:

  • The Bidder may be a single entity or a group of entities (the “Consortium” or the “Joint Venture”), coming together to implement the Project. The term Bidder used herein would apply to both a single entity and a Consortium/Joint Venture.
  • Bidder may be a natural person, private entity, or any combination of them with a formal intent to enter into a Consortium/Joint Venture agreement or under an existing agreement to form a Consortium/Joint Venture. A Consortium/Joint Venture shall be eligible for consideration subject to the conditions set out in Clause 2.1.11 above.
  • A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest (“Conflict of Interest”) that affects the Bidding Process. Any Bidder found to have a Conflict of Interest shall be disqualified and liable for forfeiture of the Bid Security or Performance Security as the case may be. A Bidder shall be deemed to have a Conflict of Interest affecting the Bidding Process.
  • For demonstrating Technical Capacity and experience (the “Technical Capacity”), the Bidder shall, over the past 5 (five) Financial Years preceding the Bid Due Date, received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) such that the amount is at least:
    • 60% (sixty percent) of Estimated Project Cost from One Eligible Project,

OR

  • 40% (forty percent) of Estimated Project Cost from each of the Two Eligible Projects

OR

  • 30% (thirty percent) of Estimated Project Cost from each of the Three Eligible Projects
