RVNL and Engineers India Limited join forces to explore global infrastructure and consultancy opportunities

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and Engineers India Limited (EIL) have signed an MoU in New Delhi to jointly explore business opportunities in railway, metro, urban infrastructure, renewables, and more. The collaboration aims to share project information, establish strategic industry relationships, and develop frameworks for global business proposals.

Key Objectives of the MoU:

The primary goal of this MoU is to jointly explore business avenues that leverage the strengths of both companies, particularly in:

  • Bidding for global infrastructure projects.
  • Sharing market information to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Establishing a working relationship to target specific industry requirements.
  • Developing business proposals and exploring Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) opportunities with government, semi-government, private entities, and multilateral agencies.

Signing Ceremony Details:

The MoU was signed by Shri Rajesh Prasad, Director (Operations) of RVNL, and Shri Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial) of EIL. The signing was witnessed by top executives, including Smt. Vartika Shukla (CMD of EIL), Shri Rajeev Gupta (Director of Projects, EIL), Shri Sanjay Jindal (Director of Finance, EIL), Shri Sanjeeb Kumar (Director of Finance, RVNL), and Shri Ajit Singh (Principal Executive Director, CC & BD, RVNL).
