Shri Arun Kumar Jain, General Manager (In-charge), SCR undertook a comprehensive inspection of Warangal – Khammam – Pandillapalli – Motumari – Kondapalli sections on 22nd April, 2022. He was accompanied by senior officials from Headquarters and Division.
- Shri Arun Kumar Jain commenced the inspection at Warangal Railway station which is an important station of Secunderabad Division. He inspected the station premises including the parcel office and the circulating area. He also reviewed the passenger amenities available at the station and discussed on further developmental plans with the officials. Later, he visited the goods shed at Warangal, wherein he examined the freight loading facilities.
- The General Manager proceeded onto Khammam goods shed, wherein he examined the facilities including the Hamalis rest room and planted saplings to promote green environment. Further, he conducted a detailed inspection at Khammam Railway station and reviewed various amenities including ticket booking counters, station masters office and the circulating area. He also inspected Pandilapalli Railway station and discussed further improvement plans with the officials.
- Later, Shri Arun Kumar Jain inspected Motumari Railway station. He reviewed the passenger amenities available at the station and also examined the Loco Pilots & Guards running room at Motumari. He proceeded onto inspect Errupalem and Cheruvu Madhavaram Railway stations. Further, the General Manager visited Kondapalli Railway station, where he carried out a thorough inspection of the station premises and also examined the newly constructed relay room.
- During the course of the inspection, public representatives met the General Manager and submitted representations regarding various improvement and developmental issues.
