- The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Shri Hemant Bhuwania as the Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company w.e.f. 1 st April, 2023.
- Shri Hemant Bhuwania, 38 years of age, is a Commerce Graduate and a Qualified Chartered Accountant. He has an overall work experience of over 15 years in Finance & Accounts and Commercial Operations.
- He is associated with the Company for over 10 years. Prior to joining the Company, he has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers for a period of 4+ years.
