Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train for Mata Vaishno Devi & Royal Rajasthan to start from Kolkata Station o­n 11th August & 20th October, 2023

In association with the Puja Special trains of Eastern Railway, Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Trains of IRCTC will also cater to the travel enthusiasts from West Bengal during the festive season.

More Details:

  • IRCTC has already announced to run Bharat Gaurav Special Trains from West Bengal to Mata Vaishno Devi with Uttar Bharat Darshan o­n 11.8.2023 ex. Kolkata and Royal Rajasthan o­n 20.10.2023 ex. Kolkata.
  • The first train will commence the spiritual journey from Kolkata Station o­n 11.8.2023 and will continue the pilgrim experience for 10 nights and 11 days.
  • Mecheda- Kharagpur- Midnapore- Bankura- Purulia- Ranchi- Bokaro steel city- Dhanbad- Hazaribagh Rd- Koderma- Gaya- Sasaram- DD Upadhyaya has been identified for passenger boarding and deboarding.
  • Whereas the second train will commence the spiritual journey from Kolkata Station o­n 20.10.2023 and will continue the pilgrim experience for 11 nights and 12 days.
  • Bandel Jn- Bardhaman- Durgapur- Asansol- Dhanbad- Gomoh- Parasnath- Hazaribagh Road- Koderma- Gaya- Dehri o­n Son- Sasaram- Dd Upadhyaya has been identified for passenger boarding and deboarding.
  • These two trains managed by IRCTC’s package have been classified into Three (03) categories- Economy (SL class) with 580 seats, Standard class (3AC) with 140 seats, and Comfort class (3AC) with 70 seats.
  • Economy class includes accommodation in Non-Ac budget hotels, whereas Standard and Comfort category involves Accommodation in AC Hotels. The Wash & change and Transportation by bus shall be Non-AC for both Economy & Standard class but AC room for wash & change and AC buses shall be applicable o­nly for Comfort class.
  • Standard Vegetarian Menu shall be followed for all the classes during the entire trip. Apart from these services, the Train will have professional Tour Escorts, Housekeeping staff, Unarmed Security, Surveillance Cameras, PA system and Travel insurance for the safety and security of all passengers.
  • Both these Bharat Gaurav trains will help the tourists from West Bengal to explore the Incredible India in line with the Government of India’s initiative – Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat & Dekho Apna Desh.
