Hyderabad: Second phase of Hyderabad metro is expected to have 3-corridors, said NVS Reddy, managing director Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL). The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the 3 corridors has been submitted to the state government and is under examination.
The 3 corridors are:
- Lakdikapul to RGIA
- Nagole to LB Nagar
- Raidurg to RGIA
More Information:
- Recently, the Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao had flagged off the Metro Corridor-II services of phase-1 between JBS and MGBS.
- The length of the corridor is 11 km.
- After the inauguration of this corridor, the total operational length of the Hyderabad Metro Rail has become 69 km.
- The three corridors in the first phase cover a length of approx 72 km.
