Kalpataru Projects and Partners clinch orders worth over Rs. 2,071 crores across various sectors

Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), a leading Engineering & Construction conglomerate listed in India, in collaboration with its Joint Ventures (JVs) and international subsidiaries, has announced the acquisition of new orders and notification of awards totaling Rs. 2,071 Crores.

The newly secured orders span across different segments of the company’s operations, emphasising its growing footprint in both domestic and international markets. Key highlights include:

International Ventures: Significant orders in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business from overseas markets, bolstering KPIL’s global presence.

Domestic Expansion: A prestigious order for the design and construction of an underground metro rail project in India, marking a significant stride in the Urban Infrastructure segment.

Mr. Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO, KPIL, said, “We are happy with the new order wins, reinforcing our optimistic outlook for the T&D and Urban Infra business. The T&D orders in Brazil and underground metro rail‐ tunnelling order in India have significantly enhanced growth visibility for Fasttel and Urban Infra business going forward.

KPIL’s order intake (including LOAs/LOIs) in the current financial year stands at record high of ~₹30,000 Crores including some large and strategic order wins in T&D, B&F, Oil & Gas and Urban Infra business. This landmark achievement has been on several counts ‐ intensive efforts that we have been putting in over the last several years on improving our geographical footprints in high growth EPC markets, developing strong client relationships and penetrating deeper into the focused businesses on the back of our strong technical and execution capabilities. Our robust order book position and established execution capabilities gives us confidence to deliver good growth going forward.

Metro Contract Details:

KPIL – Gulermak Joint Venture have secured a contract from MPMRCL for the work of “Design & Construction of Twin Tunnel (Up & Down by Shield TBM), Cut & Cover, Cross-passages with/without sump, Ramps, two (02) Underground Stations (Nandra Bus Stand and Bhopal Railway Station.”
