Brief Scope of Work:
- Supply, Installation and Testing of Earthing.
- Training of BCCL/Railway Personals.
- Design and Supply of designing, wiring digram, FPD and other scheme etc.
- Supply, Fixing, Commissioning of Panel.
- Termination of Indoor Non Vital Input/output till FTOT/CTR.
- Termination of Indoor Non Vital Input/ Output till FTOT/CTR.
- Provision of Electrical Point Machines, Track Circuits/MSDAC etc.
- Provision of LED light Signals.
- Provision of Single Section Digital/Multi Section Digital Axle Counter,
- Provision of Block Instrument, slotting if any.
- Provision of DTMF Way side Control equipment
- Provision of L.C. Gate
- Post Commissioning Maintenance.
Indoor S&T Works Involve the Following:
- Preparation & supply of all drawings/documents.
- Installation, Wiring, Testing, Making of Pre-commissioning Check list & commissioning of IPS.
- Installation, Testing, Making of Pre-commissioning Check list & commissioning of Data Logger.
- Internal wiring in between Panel, Relay Racks, CTR’s etc.
- Post commissioning Maintenance.
- Alteration & patching work at existing adjacent P.I. cabin.
- Any other works related to commissioning of the Signaling System.
Outdoor S&T Works Involve the Following:
- Trenching, laying and termination of Signal/ Telecom cables.
- Installation & Commissioning of Signals & Track Circuits.
- Charging & installation of batteries.
- Fixing of Steel Apparatus cases & wiring as per approved Circuit diagram.
- Installation and commissioning of Earth Electrodes.
- Wiring of Relay Racks in Relay Room /Locations.
- Installation & commissioning of Electric Motor Points.
- Installation & commissioning of Axle Counter.
- Outdoor works required for commissioning of the System.
