  • Defect Liability Period (DLP): 104 Weeks +
  • Comprehensive Maintenance: 156 Weeks

Scope of Works:

Interface with Lifts:

  • The Lifts components/equipment to the required levels of breakdown shall be entered into the AMS.
  • The AMS shall interface with the Lifts system to get and process Lifts Equipment data both in real time and at the predetermined intervals and shall receive fault alarms and metre reading from Lifts Equipment.
  • Other data of failures and operational and maintenance parameters that cannot be interfaced directly with Lifts system shall be fed manually.
  • The point of interface to the AMS will be at the AMS equipment rack via Ethernet LAN connectivity interface with Lifts Equipment.
  • AMS shall have the data of the equipment of the Lifts System to the required level of breakdown.
  • Data of failures and other operational and maintenance parameters that cannot be directly interfaced, shall be fed manually.
  • AMS shall facilitate both breakdown and preventive maintenance for Lifts system to raise the work request/work orders/service request and to update the equipment historical log for RAMS analysis.
  • AMS shall have provision to interface with Lifts Equipment at OCC level as well as Station level, maximum level of information would be available at Lifts at station level and only filtered data would be going at the OCC level.
  • Predetermined set of active failures shall be transmitted in real time to OCC via Lifts Equipment. AMS shall be able to take this data for processing.

Interface with BMS:

  • The AMS shall interface with the BMS (Building Management System) to get and process BMS data both in real time and at the predetermined intervals and shall receive fault alarms and metre reading from BMS. BMS shall also be interacting with Depot/BCC/OCC and all stations.
  • Other data of failures and operational and maintenance parameters that cannot be interfaced directly with the BMS system shall be fed manually.
  • The system shall get and process data in real time as well as predetermined intervals.
  • The point of interface to the AMS will be at the AMS equipment rack via Ethernet LAN connectivity interface with BMS.
  • AMS shall have the data of the equipment/assets of BMS to the required level of breakdown.
  • AMS shall facilitate both breakdown and preventive maintenance for BMS system to raise the work request/ work orders/ service request and to update the equipment historical log for RAMS analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bidders must meet minimum financial turnover requirements to qualify for the tender process, ensuring capability and stability in executing the project.

The minimum requirements to ‘Pass’ this criterion is that the Average Annual Financial Turnover of the bidders during the last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year (in terms of rupee equivalent adjusted to last date of the financial year that ended on or before 31.03.2023, by price variation rate of 8 % p.a. applied to annual turnover to arrive at the updated turnover value) should be at least 30% of the estimated cost (i.e, INR 3.27 Crore).

This initiative by MMRDA marks a significant step forward in the development of Mumbai’s metro infrastructure, promising enhanced accessibility and efficiency for commuters across the city.
