Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) has invited tenders for Licensing of advertisement rights inside selected Metro Stations of Reach-1, Reach-2 and Reach-3 of Nagpur Metro Rail project for a period of 05 years.

Objective:
- To augment non-operational revenue of Maha-Metro through advertisements.
- Position Maha-Metro as a most sought-after location for advertising.
- Contribute to the aesthetical view of Maha-Metro through high quality advertising comparable to world class Airports & Metro Railways and other leading destinations.
- Provide value to the Corporate who advertises in Maha-Metro.
- To promote Maha-Metro as the gateway to Nagpur Tourism by highlighting Nagpur‘s heritage and cultural beauty.
Eligibility:
- Qualification of Bidders For determining the eligibility of Bidders for their qualification hereunder, the following shall apply.
- The bidder for qualification and selection shall be a single entity or a group of entities (the “Consortium”), joining together to perform the ‘scope of services’ as listed in this RFP Document and License Agreement.
- For the purpose of this RFP, an Entity shall mean:
- Sole Proprietorship Firm
- Registered Partnership firm
- Company Registered under Companies Act in India
- Limited Liability Partnership,
- OR any combination of them with a formal intent to enter into an agreement or under an existing agreement to form a Consortium.
Bid Security:
- The Bidder shall furnish as part of its Bid, a Bid Security, in favour of Maha-Metro, equivalent to amount as stated below:

Handing over of advertisement space(s):
- After the evaluation of bids, Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued to the Selected Bidders. The advertisement space(s), as mentioned in Annexure-1, shall be handed over for its operations and maintenance within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing of License Agreement.
- In the event if the licensee fails to take-over the possession of the Advertising Space within the time stipulated by Maha-Metro, the license period shall be deemed to have commenced from the date of signing of license agreement, irrespective of the date of actual handing over of the Advertising Space.
- The Selected Bidder shall not be eligible to claim any compensation on account of any delay in handing over any/all the advertisement spaces to him.
- At the time of termination/natural completion of license, Maha-Metro reserves the right to ask the Selected Bidder to restore the said tendered/ advertisement space(s) as per original allotment.
