Noida Metro submits Detailed Project Report (DPR) to the authorities for the metro extension corridor from Sector-142 to Botanical Garden

Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) has submitted the Detailed Project Report (DPR) to the authorities for the metro extension project from Sector-142 to Botanical Garden.

More Details:

  • Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) entrusted the work to prepare the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the Metro Extension Corridor from Sector-142 to Botanical Garden. Accordingly, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) had submitted the DPR recently.
  • This project will provide ease in connectivity to the residents within the both cities of NOIDA & GNIDA and further connect them to the Delhi metro network.
  • The Botanical Garden will serve as an interchange station between NMRC’s Aqua Line and DMRC’s Magenta & Blue Line. This project will be beneficial to all the commuters travelling for Noida-Greater Noida towards Delhi and vice-versa.

NMRC has submitted DPR to NOIDA authority and GNIDA Authority respectively for granting of In-Principal Approval for DPR. DPR will also be put up to the NMRC Board in the next Board Meeting. Thereafter, DPR will be processed for approval of GoUP and GoI.
