In a significant stride towards enhancing Pune’s public transportation infrastructure, the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) has rolled out a tender inviting bids for crucial development works at various stations of the Pune Metro Rail Project.
Brief about Tender Submission:
Name of the Work: Execution of balance civil, structural, architectural, plumbing & site development works of Station Box including works of Entry-Exits at Range Hills and other stations of Pune Metro Rail Project.

Scope of Works:
Construction of balance Civil & PEB works of Entry Exit (EE)-03 at PCMC station:
- Preparation of subgrade, GSB, WMM laying & levelling with compaction.
- Street level development includes paver block, kerb stone, bus bay, drop off bay etc.
- Civil work of escalator pit, staircase & PEB, roof sheeting works of escalator pit, staircase
- Connecting FOB with deck slab & PEB from EE03 to station box median RCC pier.
- RCC pier at median of station box to support connecting FOB from EE03 to station box.
- Architectural façade work at entrance lobby and FOB including top & bottom solid band.
- Floor granite, tactile, highlighter, dry wall cladding, SS railing fixing etc.
- Construction of service shaft in MS subframe & ACP, Cable tray & fire line MS support
- Any other miscellaneous works assigned by Maha-Metro.
Stations:
Detailed investigation of the site for station Design and execution of the work including track bed and track bed supporting structures in the station area and also as detailed in the scope of work given below should be included in contract value rate. Foundation structures on piles by hydraulic rigs or open footing as the case may be.
Station structure including track supporting structure, commercial area, column, Precast and Cast in-situ beams, slabs, staircases, parapets, canopies, gutters, facades, RCC Water Tank (Underground / Overhead), Entry-Exit Structures, Steel Roof with Roofing Sheet and other structures at all levels as shown in the elevations, cross sections and all floor plans and other tender drawings.
Structural Roof shall be Pre Engineered Building Structures. The detailed design and drawings of roof portals, roof columns, roof sheetings, purlins and other members of roof structure shall be provided by MAHA-Metro through its Detailed Design Consultant. Proof checking of the same alongwith the preparation of shop drawings shall be done by the Contractor at its own cost through a separate consultant, the appointment of which shall be done after approval of Maha-Metro.
Lift shafts and escalators pits and other fixtures in stations subject to coordination with respective system contractors including water proofing of lift pit/escalator pits. MS powder coated Galvalume sheets and Zincalume sheets for roofing as specified. Expansion joints including at the track bed and at other floor levels as per the specifications. Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum average annual turnover of INR 1596 million within the last 5 (five) years. Last five years shall be (FY 2018-19, 19-20, 20-21, 21-22 & 22-23).
Experience:
For the Lead Member, experience under contracts (single entity or Lead member of (JV) shall be at least 05 calendar years, (2018 to 2023). Whereas the other members of JV shall be at least two (2) years under similar contracts from 2021 to 2023.
