General:
- Contractors are allowed to make payments against this tender towards tender document cost and earnest money only through only payment modes available on IREPS portal like net banking, debit card, credit card etc.
- Manual payments through Demand draft, Banker cheque, Deposit receipts, FDR etc. are not allowed.
Eligibility:
- All documents uploaded and remarks / confirmation entered by the bidders against any eligibility condition shall be opened as part of technical bid only.
- For General Bidders: The tenderer must have received contractual payments in the previous three financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of tender, at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender.
- The tenderers shall submit Certificate to this effect which may be an attested Certificate from the concerned department / client or Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
- For Startup Bidders (recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion Ministry of Commerce & Industry): The tenderer should have received contractual payments in the previous three financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of tender, at least 50% of the advertised value of the tender.
- The tenderers shall submit Certificate to this effect which may be an attested Certificate from the concerned department / client or Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
Technical Criteria:
- For General Bidders: The bidder should have successfully completed at least one similar work, costing not less than the amount equal to 35% of advertised value of work, in the last 5 years through a work contract.
- For fulfilment of above, Work Experience Certificate issued by Govt. Department /PSU /Reputed telecom firm/ Telco shall be considered. Bidders should submit certificates of satisfactory performance along with tender. Bidders should submit certificates of satisfactory performance as per Form No.2 attached along with tender.
- For Startup Bidders (recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion Ministry of Commerce & Industry): The bidder should have executed order during the last 5 preceding 5 financial years as on opening of bid, as per following: (A)Single Order of atleast 35% of Tendered value. or (B)Two Orders of atleast 20% each of tendered value. or (C)Three Orders of atleast 15% each of tendered value.
Similar Works:
- Works similar to the scope of work as contained in this tender shall mean Any OFC laying work and/or OFC maintenance work to be considered as similar in nature of work.
