RITES Limited, a Navratna and Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways has received a letter of acceptance from Bangladesh Railway in connection with supply of 200 Broad Gauge (BG) Passenger Carriages to Bangladesh Railway.
The details of the order are as follows:
- Order Includes: Supply of 200 Broad Gauge (BG) passenger carriages to Bangladesh Railway including drawing, parts catalogue, capital & maintenance spares, overseas training, study tour, service engineers, de-processing and commissioning etc.
- Time period by which the order(s)/contract(s) is to be executed is: 36 months
- Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is: USD 111,263,998.22, approx. (Rs. 928.8 Crores.)
