RITES Limited, a prime transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, signed Contract Agreement with National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) for supply of Rolling Stock (3000 HP Diesel Electric Locomotives and High Sided Open Wagons).

- Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para B of part A of schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that RITES has signed Contract Agreements with National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) for supply of rolling stock (3000 HP Diesel Electric Locomotives and High Sided Open Wagons) valuing USD 81,175,500 (Eighty One Million One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand and Five Hundred United States Dollars Only).
- However, the Contract Agreements are subject to approval of funding by a funding agency.
