Scope of work:
- This work pertains to Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning Of 132/25kv Traction Sub-station, Feeding Post, Fixed Capacitor Bank System And Other Associated Works at Budhni (Bni) Traction Sub-station in Connection With 3rd Line of Bhopal – Itarsi Section Of Bhopal Division Of West Central Railway, In The State Madhya Pradesh Of India.
- At present HBJ-ET is a double line section. Most of the section has been commissioned 3rd line and the balance section is likely to be commissioned. Due to ghat section one Traction Sub Station at BUDHNI with double traction transformer capacity 30/40 MVA is proposed to feed the highly graded ghat section of BNI-BKA in HBJ-ET section.

- The brief scope of Electrical works in this tender includes The detail of work involved is as Under: Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132/25kv Traction Sub-station, Feeding Post, Fixed Capacitor Bank System and other Associated Works at Budhni (Bni) Traction Sub-station in Connection With 3rd Line of Bhopal – Itarsi Section of Bhopal Division of West Central Railway, in the State Madhya Pradesh of India.

- The scope of work in this tender includes supply of all material required for commissioning of TSS, SCADA, General Electrical works Civil Engineering works for 25KV AC Railway Electrification in the above sections. No material what so ever shall be supplied by the employer (otherwise mentioned in BOQ).
- The work is to be executed as per latest instructions, SMI’s and drawings issued by RDSO/ Railway Board/RVNL & CEE/ West Central Railway.
- The work includes providing and maintaining office accommodation, equipment and vehicles for the use of the Employer and their assistants and Staff during the contract and defect liability periods.
Power Supply:
- The above section falls in the state of Madhya Pradesh.. The scope of work includes provision of one Traction Substation in HBJ-ET section. The details are as below:

- Providing and maintaining office accommodation and vehicles for use by the Employer and their Assistants and Staff.
- Construction of Control Building of TSS
- Laying and linking of cross track
- Supply & Erection of TSS, Cross & along feeder & General Electrical works.
- Making and supply of ‘As Built” drawings of all the assets created.
