Scope of Work:
- Construction of Twin Bored Tunnels from Chainage. 9063.00 M to 14113.00 M (excluding station, cut & cover and Ramp lengths) using suitable Tunnel Boring Machines and construction of 10 cross passages. Tenderer to consider all the requirements mentioned in employer’s requirement – Design Construction/ Functional etc. and other related clauses.
- Construction of permanent structures of Underground (UG of hose to grout) stations. (Khidderpore, Victoria, Park Street and Esplanade) Cut & Cover Tunnel, Launching /Retrieval shafts. Construction of temporary/Permanent Earth Retaining structures, Restoration works, Plumbing Works and all other related works of stations and tunnels excluding architectural finishing works. Tenderer to consider all the requirements mentioned in employer’s requirement – Design / Construction/ Functional etc. and other related clauses.
- Manufacture and supply of 2 side drive Electric Trolley with chassis of 2000mm x 2030mm, wheel base 1200mm, having frictional brakes, 400 AH-lead acid battery with charger set, wheel dia 300 mm (forged steel), 2side drive with complete in build gear box system, power-12- volt Electric batteries consisting of 4 nos. 100AH, 4 cushioned seats with Rexene cover and 2 PVC seats, 2 LED headlight and 2 rear LED light:- Beacon lights on front & rear visibility at least up to 50m, detachable canvas hood supported on steel frame, fast charging with 4 to 5 hours, wheel gauge 300mm, mobile charging point 1 set, 1 rotatable fan on both sides, steps in front and rear both side & both side windshield. Supply of track fastening assembly as per Railway Board’s performance criteria with two/four bolts with matching fittings from the RDSO approved firm for Broad Gauge Metro Track of 60E1 1080 Grade Head Hardened (HH) rails.
- Submission and approval of Preliminary and Final Designs, Drawings for the Track system of BLT with provision for laying third rail, design and drawing for SEJ including drawing for laying if required and submission of LWR/CWR plan etc. with calculation of LWR forces for completion of BLT work in all respect based upon as built survey to be done by agency for the viaduct and station constructed by agency. The rate includes submission of as built Drawings for the complete BLT system including proof checking.
- Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 – part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80×1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.
- Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, sheets, grating, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-inCharge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.
