Scope of Work:
- The work site will be IIT Kanpur to Motijheel Metro Station & Kanpur Depot of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation as detailed below:

- Repairing and providing a Motor for Rolling Shutter / Gate. that is inclusive of removing damaged seals, refixing after and starting the units.
- Contract includes two numbers half yearly maintenance as per annexure-B of all motorised Rolling Shutter / Gate /Gates along with greasing, welding, replacement of faulty parts.
- Attending the breakdown calls and failure rectification related to Rolling Shutter / Gate and gate.
- Checking for abnormal noise level during operation of Rolling Shutter / Gate.
- Contractor shall maintain the equipment in good working through maintaining equipment as per recommendation maintenance schedule & procedure of manufacture
- Greasing of Rolling Shutter / Gate as per requirement & schedule to be done by contractor.
- Tools and machinery, ladder etc. shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost.
- Proper alignment of Rolling Shutter / Gate shall be maintained for proper functioning of Rolling Shutter / Gate.
- All nut grease, bolt, screw and small plates etc shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

- Spares listed above should be suitable for shutter installed at stations & depot or similar model of make Gandhi Automation. The spare availability shall be maintained so that failure can be obtained immediately.
Eligibility:
- The bidders will be qualified only if they satisfy the criteria as given in para A below during the last five years ending the last date of the previous month of submission of tender.
Work Experience:
- The tenderers will be qualified only if they have successfully completed Similar work(s) During Last 7 years ending last day of the previous month of submission end date as given below in any Central govt./State Govt./PSUs/Metro /Private organisation:
- At least one “similar work” of Rs. 9.39 Lakh or more, or
- Two “similar work” each of Rs. 5.87 Lakh or more, or
- Three “similar work” each of Rs. 4.69 Lakh or more.
- “Similar work” for this tender shall be E&M Maintenance works or Shutter Maintenance work of buildings/metro stations/Depot.
