Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC) has invited Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for providing following Lifts on lease basis for the DMRC Phase – IV Network and maintaining these Lifts for 180 months against payment of lease charges monthly (to be paid by DMRC to Lessor in 180 months) and maintenance charges monthly (to be paid by DMRC to Lessor per month in 180 months) by DMRC on the basis of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety requirements of Lifts.
The requirements of Lifts in Delhi MRTS Phase-IV for Lease and Maintenance Agreement DE-06 (LMA DE-06) are as per following details:-

- Approx. capital cost of work: INR 68.36 Crores (Capital cost of 176 Lifts including all taxes and duties) for LMA “DE-06”
- Completion period of the Work: 228 Months. 228 Months considering the 48 months initial installation and commissioning of Lifts, lease for next 180 months after commercial opening date and maintenance of each Lift for next 180 months after commercial opening date.

Scope of Works:
The proposed model envisages to seek offers from Lessors for availability of committed number of Lifts for use in DMRC Phase – IV network for the contract period. The criteria for availability of Lifts have been detailed in the Bid Documents.
The Lessor shall be responsible for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning and there after maintenance of Lifts for the contract period.
The Contract shall include but not be limited to the following Works: –
- Provision of machine-room less Elevators in stations and for the movement of Passengers including Specially abled persons.
- All minor civil works including holes for armoured cable entry, louvers and cutouts (by providing proper size wooden blocks to civil contractor) or modifications required for installation of the equipment and restoring to final finishes.
- Transportation of materials and equipment for installation purposes.
- Spare parts, special tools, testing and diagnostic equipment and measuring instruments.
- Training and Transfer of Technology.
- Documentation.
- Maintenance for specified period.
- Services.
