The project encompasses miscellaneous maintenance works from Udyog Bhawan to Millennium City Centre Metro Station and its associated buildings.

In the month of March, 2024 the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. has invited an Open e-tender through e-tendering system (i.e. Technical and Financial bid) from eligible applicants who fulfil qualification criteria as stipulated in clause 1.2 of NIT for Contract: OCM-1553: “Civil Contract for miscellaneous maintenance works at Udyog Bhawan to Millennium City Centre Metro Station and allied buildings.”
