Shri Sanjay Mishra Appointed As New Director (Works & Infrastructure) Of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC)

Shri Sanjay Mishra, the erstwhile Chief Project Manager (CPM) of Lucknow Metro who was looking after the civil construction work of the 3.67 underground Metro stretch between the Charbagh Metro Station and the K.D. Singh Stadium Metro Station, has today been appointed as the new Director (Works & Infrastructure) of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (LMRCL) after being recommended by a selection committee of senior officers.

Shri Mishra along with eight other candidates were interviewed for the post of Director (Works & Infrastructure) on 31.03.2018. His name was finally selected by the Committee after finding him as the most suitable candidate for the post among others in the interview.

Shri Mishra, a civil engineering graduate from NIT, Allahabad, is an officer of 1992 batch Indian Railway Engineering Services (IRSE). Before his stint at Lucknow Metro as CPM, he had worked as Director/GE for RDSO, Chief Engineer/Bridge for Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), Dy. Chief Engineer and Section Engineer (SEN) for Northern Railway. 

He has an experience of over 25 years in the area of project planning and execution, site administration, financial control, budgeting, contract management, resource management, and general administration in civil infrastructure industry with deft in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination with consultants and designers and ensuring on time deliverables.
