Brief on Previous Work:

Topographical surveys for the metro rail corridors of Phase 3 and Phase 3A of BMRCL have already been completed during the DPR stage for metro rail corridors. The work on Feasibility study report (FSR) of the Double decker for the same corridors is now proposed. A clarification is needed as to whether the Topographical survey needs to cover the entire length of 57.1 km or only specific loops. If this survey for specific loops is required, the length and locations where Topographical surveys are necessary may please be specified.

This information will help the consultant in preparing the financial estimation. The additional topographic survey is required for proposed loops, ramps etc. wherever required beyond the DPR scope of viaduct. The consultant has to analyse and identify the location of loops and ramps based on the traffic survey. The consultant has to check the existing control points and establish new control points accurately before conducting the topo survey for loops, ramps etc.
