General:
- Each Tenderer shall submit only one (1) Tender. Acting in concert or cartelization is not allowed. A Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest. Any Tenderer found to have a Conflict of Interest shall be disqualified.
- A Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest for the purpose of this Tendering process, if the Tenderer:
- Directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with another Tenderer, or
- Receives or has received any direct or indirect subsidy from another Tenderer: or
- Has the same legal representative as another Tenderer: or
- Has a relationship with another Tenderer, directly or through common third parties that put it in position to influence the Tender of another Tenderer or influence the decisions of the Employer regarding this Tendering process: or
- Any of its affiliates participated as consultant in the preparation of the design or technical specifications of the works that are the subject of the Tender: or
- Any of its affiliates has been hired [or is processed to be hired) by BMRCL for the Contract implementation: or
- Would be providing goods, services, or non-consulting services resulting from or directly related to consulting services for the preparation or implementation of this Tender that it provided or were provided by any affiliate that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with that firm.
Eligibility:
- Should have an experience of providing Security and Allied Services having successfully completed at least:
- One similar work of value not less than Rs. 9.49 crore or
- Two similar works of value not less than Rs. 5.93 Crore each or
- Three similar works of value not less than Rs. 4.74 crore each
- During the last 7 years in any Metros/ Railways/ Airports/ Large PSUs/ Nationalized Banks/ Central/State Government/ Large Private Sectors / Reputed Organisations.
- Should have deployed a minimum of 266 persons in security services at all times during Three (3) years in the last Seven (7) years from a single work. The services rendered should be satisfactory to the client.
Objective:
- Reach-1E section consists of 13 (Thirteen) Metro Stations i.e., Benniganahalli, K R Puram, Mahadevapura, Garudacharpalya, Hoodi Junction, Seetharampalya, Kundalahalli, Nallurhalli, Sadarmangala, Pattandur Agrahara, Kadugodi, Channasandra Whitefield and depot at Whitefield.
- Further details in respect of service are given below:
- This involves providing comprehensive services in Security & Allied Services for the entire Reach-1 E. The services may be required to be done during the day and night as per BMRCL requirement.
- The Contractor will execute Security & Allied works with the uniformed and suitably trained personnel in stations, viaduct / track and train coaches.
