Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) announced that its corporate name has changed to “Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL)”, following the receipt of approvals from shareholders and regulatory authorities including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

- The name change is effective from 22nd May, 2023 and the Company will henceforth operate under the name “Kalpataru Projects International Limited”.
