In a strategic move, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has signed a MoU with M/s TUMAS India Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Turkish Engineering Consulting & Contracting) for partnership and collaboration in public transportation projects and infrastructure projects in India.

Key Presence at Signing Ceremony:
The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Pradeep Gaur, CMD RVNL and other key dignitaries, Shri Rajesh Prasad, Director (Operations) RVNL and Shri Deniz Heperler, Board Member TUMAS India signed an MoU on behalf of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and Turkish Engineering Consulting & Contracting – TUMAS India Private Limited respectively at RVNL Corporate office in New Delhi.

- The company was granted Miniratna status in September 2013.
- RVNL has been rated “Excellent” for the 9 successive years by the Department of Public Enterprises.

- The turnover of the company for the financial year 2019-20 has increased by 44.44%.
- The authorised share capital of the company is Rs. 3000 cr. with paid up share capital of Rs. 2085 cr.
- The company has been listed after its disinvestment of its stake of 12.16% of the company through IPO.
